Phone snatched from bus passenger in Center City

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are on the lookout for the man who snatched a phone from a bus passenger and took off.

The incident happened last Wednesday just after noon when the 57 bus stopped to let off passengers in Center City.

The suspect grabbed the phone from a 63-year-old male passenger and ran off the bus.

The victim chased the suspect, where a struggle ensued. The suspect broke away from the man and ran into the subway station, where the victim lost track of him.

If you recognize the suspect, you are asked to contact police.
