Temple University, Philadelphia police investigate shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 24-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in North Philadelphia.

It happened around 2 a.m. Tuesday on the 1800 block of West Norris Street.

Temple University police and Philadelphia police responded to the scene.

Police say the victim was shot in the thigh. He was taken to Temple University.

No arrests have been made.
