Pedestrian killed by car on Baird Boulevard in Camden

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Camden officials are investigating a serious accident involving a pedestrian.

The incident was reported just after 6 p.m. on Baird Boulevard near Admiral Wilson Boulevard.

A pedestrian was reportedly trapped under a SUV and pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the cause is ongoing.
