DELRAN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A man was uninjured following an explosion in Burlington County, New Jersey. Unfortunately, his house was not as lucky.

The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. Friday in the unit block of Cornell Drive in Delran.

Officials say the man who lived alone inside the house was blown out onto the lawn and crawled to a neighbor's home.

The man was seen by medical personnel who responded to the scene, but refused to go to the hospital.

Crews are checking for gas leaks in neighboring homes as a precaution.
