Fox Chase Cancer Center awarded grant

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Fox Chase Cancer Center was just awarded a grant to help patients going through treatment.

State Senator Christine Tartaglione presented officials with a 500-thousand dollar check Thursday morning.

The money will be used to renovate the Infusion Center.

That's where patients go to receive chemotherapy and other I.V. treatments.
