Former V.P. Joe Biden keeping options open for presidential run

WASHINGTON (WPVI) -- Former vice-president Joe Biden may be edging toward a potential presidential run in 2020.
During the opening of his new diplomacy center in Washington, Biden said he's keeping his 2020 options open.
Some at the opening believe Biden will feel compelled to run if there's no strong contender in the next year or so.
