Jefferson working on a massive expansion at its hospital in N.J.

TURNERSVILLE, N.J. (WPVI) -- Jefferson is working on a massive expansion project at its hospital in Washington Township, Gloucester County.

Officials and local leaders gathered this morning for a ceremonial groundbreaking.

This first phase is an eight-level parking garage.

Next spring, work will start on a seven-floor patient facility and new hospital lobby.

In all, the project will total more than $200,000,000 dollars.
