Man shot dead in Germantown

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a 27-year-old man was shot and killed in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood.

It occurred before 7:30 p.m. Saturday on the 500 block of East Tulpehocken Street.

The victim was shot multiple times in the chest.

He died a short time later at Einstein Medical Center.

Police say no weapon was recovered, and so far, there are no arrests.
