Delcastle Technical H.S. students study helicopter up close

MARSHALLTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Students studying aviation had a very unique day at school Wednesday.

The Delaware State Police department landed their helicopter at Delcastle technical high school for the special lesson.

The pilot and a mechanic gave the students an up-close look at the aircraft, while reinforcing what they've been learning in the classroom.

The visitors also talked about the various career paths the students could take in the industry.
