Victim, 18, identified in Wilmington murder

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- An 18-year-old man was shot and killed in Wilmington, Delaware.

The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. Sunday on the 2600 block of Jessup Street.

Police say Rashaad Wisher suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was rushed to Christiana Hospital. He was later pronounced dead.

Anyone with information on the murder is urged to call police.
