Search called off for missing swimmer in Atlantic City, police continue to investigate

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- The Coast Guard and New Jersey State Police have called off their search for a missing swimmer.

A family called authorities around 9 p.m. Monday night to report seeing a man going into the water near the Ocean Casino Resort and not coming out.

A search through the night turned up nothing.

Atlantic City police continue to investigate.
