Authorities say four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the base of the Burlington-Bristol Bridge.

BRISTOL TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police say four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the base of the Burlington Bristol Bridge in Bristol Township.

The accident happened around 9:40 a.m. Saturday.

One vehicle crossed the center line and struck another vehicle, police say.

There were three people in one vehicle and one person in the other.

They were all taken to Frankford-Torresdale Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Police say it was driver error that caused the crash.

The bridge was closed at the base but has since reopened.
