5 injured in Rt. 130 crash
Five people were hospitalized, including a police officer, after a multi-vehicle crash on Route 130 in Pennsauken.

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Five people were hospitalized, including a police officer, after a multi-vehicle crash on Route 130 in Pennsauken, New Jersey.

It happened around 7:00 Saturday night near Westfield Avenue.

Authorities say at least six vehicles were involved in the accident.

Four people were hurt in the crash, including one person critically.

Two others were listed in serious condition and a fourth person in stable condition.

A Pennsauken police officer, who was directing traffic around the scene, was hit by a car. He suffered non-life threatening injuries.

All five victims were taken to Cooper University Hospital.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
