PHILADELPHIA -- The Pennsylvania Attorney General's office has announced six recent arrests on child pornography charges - and four of the suspects are from Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

The arrests were made after unrelated investigations, the AG's office said.

The suspects are identified as:

Michael Brantley of Philadelphia: Investigators say Brantley used a peer-to-peer network to make child pornography available for download. He is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, six counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of communication facility.

Richard Mason of Norristown, Montgomery County: Investigators say Mason's computer had 75 suspected images and videos of child pornography. He is charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 50 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of communication facility.

Dayne Gomez of Sadsbury, Chester County: Investigators say they searched Gomez's computer, located in a bedroom in his parent's basement, with 44 videos and images depicting child pornography. He is charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of communication facility.

Charles Ring of Kennett Square, Chester County: Investigators say Ring had at least 125 files of child pornography on computers at his home. He is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, 100 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of communication facility.

Jeremy Godin of Mt. Carmel, Northumberland County: Investigators say Godin had made video recordings of children in various states of undress inside his home. Those files were among 104 files allegedly found on his computer. He is charged with four counts of production of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography, 100 counts of possession of child pornography, four counts of invasion of privacy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Jeffrey Tucker of Waynesboro, Franklin County: Investigators say they found nine files depicting child pornography on Tucker's computer.
