6 high school students hurt in accident involving school bus

MINQUADALE, Del. (WPVI) -- Seven people, including six high school students, were hurt in an accident involving a school bus and car in Minquadale, Delaware.

It happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Thorn Lane and Thorn Court.

Police say six students from the bus and one adult from the car were taken to Wilmington Hospital for evaluation.

None of the injuries appear to be life-threatening, police say.

The kids attend William Penn High School.
