PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Asian business owners in Philadelphia are hoping police and the city will do more to keep them safe.
In the past several months, there have been more than a dozen break-ins, targeting Asian business owners.
Tuesday in Center City, the Greater Philadelphia Chinese Restaurant Association hosted a meeting to address the issue.
District Attorney Seth Williams talked with concerned citizens.
"Today we are here to talk about something serious, it's protecting you, your families your co-workers, your friends," Williams said.
City leaders say they will present a resolution this week to hold a public safety hearing on the problem.
