BETHLEHEM, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Bethlehem police officer has been charged with indecent exposure, accused of inappropriately touching himself in public twice.

Glenn Woolard, 35, was first caught in the act in a Target parking lot in Lower Macungie Township last week, state police say.

He was allegedly seen again on Wednesday while driving down Hamilton Boulevard.

In both incidents, he was in his own car, according to state police.

Woolard has been suspended from Bethlehem's police force.
