Big surprise for returning students

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Students at an elementary school in Camden County, got a big surprise Tuesday.

As they left R.T. Cream Family School, they received new backpacks and school supplies.

It was thanks to NBA player and Mount Laurel native Jason Thompson.

He was joined by Superintendent Paymon Rouhanifard and Mayor Dana Redd.
