Body found in Allentown's Little Lehigh Creek

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Allentown are trying to get to the bottom of a mystery.

Someone discovered the body of a woman in the Little Lehigh Creek around 9:00 a.m. Monday.

The victim, believed to be in her mid-30s to mid-40s, was located between the Robin Hood bridge and the Lehigh Parkway.

Investigators say there were no obvious signs of trauma, but they can't rule out foul play until they know how she died.

An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.
