Body found in search for missing Montco woman
EAST NORRITON, Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities say a body has been found in the search for Heather Tillette, a missing woman last seen leaving a Montgomery County hospital in February.
The discovery was made around 2:15 Sunday afternoon in wooded area on Taft Road in East Norriton.
Officials say based on the victim's clothing and other items located at the scene, they believe the body is that of Tillette.
Her family has been notified of the discovery but the body has not been officially identified.
37-year-old Tillette had not been seen since 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, February 26th.
That's when police say she went in for treatment at Einstein Medical Center on the 500 block of Germantown Pike and left before she was seen by a doctor.
No word yet on a cause of death.
