2 bandits pulled off a hold up at a McDonald's in Upper Chichester.

UPPER CHICHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Delaware County detectives say two brazen bandits pulled off a hold up at a McDonald's in Upper Chichester last week.

It happened around 4:40 a.m. inside the store near I-95 and 452, just as the Tuesday morning shift was preparing breakfast items.

Authorities say the man and woman had a plan of attack when they rushed in with guns drawn.

The woman went straight to the only customer and pointed a gun at him.

The man jumped over the counter with his gun drawn.

He went straight back to the kitchen where the manager was preparing food.

The startled manager asks what's going on and the robber hits him over the head with his gun. He then marches the manager to the office where he forces him to open the safe.

The robbers then force the customer to empty the contents of the safe into a backpack.

At the same time one of the bandits takes the manager to the front and forces him to empty the cash drawers.

The robbers repeatedly point their guns at the employees and the customer.

When they've cleaned out the cash, they usher everyone into a break room and order them down onto the floor, where they feared they were about to be executed. But, the robbers tell them to stay down and count while they run out the door.

They were in and out in four minutes.

Police suspect this isn't the first time they've hit a McDonald's.

The robbers concealed their faces, but the police are hoping someone out there may recognize them or know something about the robbery.

The man has a tattoo on his hand that runs up his arm.

Police are afraid that one of these days those two will end up either accidentally or intentionally shooting someone. If you know anything or saw anything that can help, the police want to hear from you right away.
