A Burlington Township police officer has been charged in a deadly off-duty crash.

FLORENCE TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A Burlington Township police officer has been charged in a deadly off-duty crash.

Twenty-five-year-old Justin Rodriguez was arrested Thursday, charged with vehicular homicide.

Toxicology results show Rodriguez was drunk when he struck a utility pole in Florence Township on Sept. 23.

The crash killed his passenger, Ariana Williams.

Burlington police have suspended him without pay.
