CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Camden County investigators are offering a $1,000 reward in the June 2006 unsolved murder of Andres Camacho, Jr.

Camacho, a father of 2 young children, was shot and killed as he walked out of Estevez Grocery Store at Berwick and Marlton Pike in Camden.

The suspected shooter was captured on a surveillance camera outside of the store.

Authorities still don't have a suspect or motive in the murder.

On Thursday, members of Camden county's Cold Case squad renewed their plea to the public for information about the murder.

Camden Co. Prosecutor's Office Detective Pete Longo said they are committed to solving this crime.

"We have the ability to go back and perhaps submit new evidence, talk to some other witnesses. Maybe some witnesses 9 years later feel a little bit more comfortable coming forward than they did at the time of the incident and that's what we are relying on."

Anyone with information is urged to contact Camden County Prosecutor's office at (856) 580-5854.

They can also provide tips through the Citizens Crime Commission at (215) 546-TIPS.
