Car and SUV collide, 2 hurt in Bala Cynwyd, Pa.

BALA CYNWYD, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police say a collision between a car an SUV in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania sent two people to the hospital Friday night.

The accident happened just after 8:00 p.m. on Belmont Avenue near the Green Lane Bridge.

Both victims were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with non-life threatening injuries.

There is no word on what caused the vehicles to collide.

Police are investigating the crash.
