SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A vehicle jumped the curb and slammed into a storefront in South Philadelphia.

It happened on Passyunk Avenue near Lambert Street at 9:30 p.m. Monday.

A silver-colored sedan collided with an SUV, spun out of control and hit the front of a business.

One person was taken to an area hospital.

There was no immediate word on that person's condition or what led to the collision.

The crash caused minor damage to the storefront.
