Child left alone in running truck in Kentucky

One man's cell phone video of a child, left alone in a running pickup truck, has prompted a police investigation in Kentucky.

The incident happened last Thursday.

The witness said he pulled out his phone to take a photo of the license plate.

"You know if I was a bad guy, I probably could've just drove off with this," said Mark Herrmann.

The driver responded "I bet you would've got two in the back of the head -- no disrespect."

The driver said he had been keeping an eye on his child the entire time.

So far, he does not face charges.
