Children find body in Delaware River in Camden

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Authorities say a group of children found a body in the Delaware River in Camden.

It happened around 3:00 p.m. Sunday near 29th Street and Adams Avenue.

The kids were walking along the river when they made the discovery.

Police arrived on the scene and pulled the body from the water.

No word on the gender or identity of the victim.

A cause of death has not yet been determined.

Police are investigating.
