A couple who starved to death their disabled 3-year-old daughter has been sentenced to 30 to 60 years behind bars.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A couple who starved to death their disabled 3-year-old daughter has been sentenced to 30 to 60 years behind bars.

Carmen Ramirez and Carlos Rivera plead guilty to murder in the third degree and related charges for their daughter's death and the neglect of all five of their children.

Little Nathalyz weighed only 11 pounds - the same as the average three month old.

She was born blind and had Down syndrome.

She was found dead inside the couple's West Oak Lane home in September of 2013.
