Crews battle apartment blaze in Tioga-Nicetown

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia firefighters battled the cold and flames at an apartment building in Tioga-Nicetown.

The fire started around 10:30 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of 21st and Tioga streets.

Crews arrived to heavy flames showing on the fourth floor of a 4-story apartment building.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of this blaze is under investigation.
