More than two years after her father's death, a daughter is once again turning to you for help.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- More than two years after her father's death, a daughter is once again turning to you for help.

"Every day I think of my dad. Every day I need justice," Says Nary Ly.

Nary says her father, Don, was the pillar of his community and a fixture on campus of The University of Pennsylvania where he sold produce from his fruit cart every day.

She says her father loved what he did.

"He never stopped working," Nary said.

And that's just what he was going to do on the morning of Thursday April 18th, 2013.

At about 5 a.m. the 68-year-old was loading up his cart in front of his home in the 400 block of Vollmer Street in South Philadelphia.

That's when police say a man approached Ly and stabbed him multiple times, killing him. Ly's family doesn't believe this was a robbery since their father's wallet was still on him with about $200 in cash inside.

Police have released surveillance video of the suspect. He's described as a light skinned black or Spanish male, 5'8", with facial hair and a thin build. He was wearing dark colored clothing, a dark knit hat and black Chuck Taylor Converse sneakers.

Nary tells us, "I want to get this person off the streets. I don't want anyone to be a victim like my dad."

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $5,000 reward and the City of Philadelphia is posting up to $20,000 for anyone with information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.

All you have to do is call 215-546-TIPS. All calls will remain anonymous.
