OXFORD, Pa. (WPVI) -- Three people from the same family are accused of running illegal gaming machines in Chester County.

Jaime Sandoval, his son Hugo, and his niece Elizabeth allegedly collected $37,000 in illegal proceeds from the gambling.

The district attorney's office says it seized five machines from two businesses.

They raided the Taqueria Guadalajara Express in Kennett Square and El Nayarit Mexican Store in Oxford.

The trio also allegedly rigged the machines, so they never paid out any winnings.
