Dad charged in teen's joyride in Florida

A Florida dad has been arrested for letting his 13-year-old son take an unsupervised joyride in the family car with a 2-year-old passenger.

The boy was driving fast when he went through a stop sign, missed a turn, and finally landed upside down in a canal.

The teen was able to get out, and get the toddler out.

Neither was seriously hurt.
