Del. State Police collect supplies for elementary students

BEAR, Del. -- Delaware State Police are collecting school supplies for elementary students, and they need your help.

The community outreach unit has launched 'Operation Backpack.'

Troopers are collecting backpacks, pencils and other supplies for students in need.

Donations can be dropped off at any of the trooper barracks across the state.

The Delaware state troopers will be collecting through August 10th.
