Dash cam video shows plane crash: Rick Williams reports during Action News at noon on May 3, 2017.

MUKILTEO, Washington (WPVI) -- Dramatic dash cam video shows the moment a small plane crashed onto a street in Mukilteo, Washington.

The plane clips some power lines and a traffic signal before it bursts into a ball of flames.

Police are saying it is a miracle no one was seriously injured.

The plane's wing actually scraped a woman's car as it came down during the Tuesday evening rush hour.

"I just said, 'Get down!'" said witness Amanda Hayes. "And before I knew it, I could feel the heat on my face and, like, the fireball and the wing clipped at the end. When it was over, I wasn't sure if we were okay, if our van was okay.... That's probably the closest I've come to really thinking, 'Oh, this is the end.'"

Officials credit the quick-thinking pilot for his response when the plane lost power after takeoff.

The pilot turned the plane and aimed for an empty spot on the road.

The crash is now under investigation by the NTSB.
