NEW CASTLE, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police say a driver lost control and crashed on the grounds of the New Castle County Airport.
It happened shortly after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday along Southbound Route 13 just north of Old Churchman's Road.
Police say the driver of a Jeep lost control, left the roadway, took out a stretch of fencing that lined the airport, and struck airport guide lights before coming to a stop.
Responding police and medics administered CPR and then transported the driver to Christiana Hospital for care.
