WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- The family of Amy Joyner-Francis wants a second autopsy.

Joyner-Francis died after being assaulted in a bathroom by three girls at Howard High School of Technology April 21st in Wilmington.

The first autopsy report says that Joyner-Francis died of a long standing heart condition triggered by the assault.

The family thinks the girls should be charged with more serious offenses.

A well-known Wilmington doctor says Joyner-Francis' heart condition should not have caused sudden death.
