Fans bring some relief from the heat

PHILADELPHIA, Pa, (WPVI) -- Relief came at the right time for folks in North Philadelphia Wednesday.

Philadelphia City Council President Darrell Clarke partnered with Walmart to provide free fans for seniors in need.

It was a welcome gift with a stretch of days in the 90s forecasted.
