Fire breaks out at Delaware County home

RIDLEY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A one-alarm fire broke out Friday night at a home in Delaware County.

It happened around 6:35 p.m. along the 100 block of McCormick Avenue in Ridley Township.

Upon arrival, officials say crews reported fire showing from the rear of the three-story, single-family home.

It took fire crews roughly a half hour to knock the flames down, officials say.

No injuries were reported, and no word on the cause.
