A fire damaged an apartment house in Penny Hill, Delaware early Friday morning.

PENNY HILL, Del. (WPVI) -- A fire damaged an apartment house in Penny Hill, Delaware early Friday morning.

The blaze broke out around midnight on the 500 block of Philadelphia Pike.

Firefighters arrived to flames showing on the rear second floor of the building.

It took crews about an hour to get the fire under control.

Everyone managed to get out safely and no injuries were reported.

There also appears to be a tech business below it.

It's unclear if the business will be open today.

The fire marshal is working to determine what sparked the blaze.
