Officials say a fire damaged a floral shop and four apartments in Glassboro, New Jersey early Saturday morning.

GLASSBORO (WPVI) -- Officials say a fire damaged a floral shop and four apartments in Glassboro, New Jersey early Saturday morning.

The blaze broke out around 12:30 a.m. on the 200 block of High Street.

Firefighters arrived to heavy smoke and flames pouring from the first floor of a vacant office.

Flames spread to the neighboring Rosebud Floral shop and the four apartments above.

There were no residents in the apartments when the fire started, officials say.

The flowers in the shop were not damaged.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
