NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Fire damaged part of a landmark bakery in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia early Saturday morning.

But, owners say, it won't impact business and the bakery will be open.

It happened around 2 a.m. at Kaplan's Bakery on the 900 block of North 3rd Street.

Investigators say that's when an oven burst into flames.

Workers there escaped without injury.

There was no immediate word on the cause of the fire.

Kaplan's has been in business for more than 100 years.

Owners say damage to the bakery was minor.
