Fire damages Northern Liberties swim club

NORTHERN LIBERTIES (WPVI) -- A fire has damaged a private swim club in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia.

Firefighters were called around 5 a.m. Saturday to the 1000 block of Germantown Avenue.

They arrived to find smoke pouring out of the building.

Crews managed to get the blaze under control within fifteen minutes.

There are no reports of injuries, and no word yet on a cause.
