A fast-moving fire damaged a Chinese restaurant, apartments above and a Free Library location next door in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- A fast-moving fire damaged a Chinese restaurant, some apartments and a Free Library of Philadelphia location in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

The blaze broke out just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the 3700 block of North Broad Street.

Fire officials tell Action News the fire started on the first floor of a Chinese restaurant then spread to some second floor apartments.

There were no reports of injuries.

Officials say a branch of Free Library of Philadelphia located next door sustained smoke and water damage.

There was no immediate word what sparked the blaze.
