Golfing to support families of heroes

NORRISTOWN, Pa, (WPVI) -- Some members of our Action News team helped raise money today for the families of local police officers killed in the line of duty.

6abc photojournalist Mike Niklauski is the director of the annual "Protect the Badge" golf tournament.

It was held Friday at Jeffersonville Golf Course in Norristown.

Action News reporter Chad Pradelli, sports director Ducis Rodgers and several other 6abc employees braved the rain to take part in this special event.

"Protect the Badge" raises money for several police charities in our region.
