Gunman wanted in double shooting in Port Richmond

PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the gunman who shot two people in the city's Port Richmond neighborhood.

It happened at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of East Monmouth Street.

A 19-year-old man was shot under his arm, and 21-year-old man was shot in the chest, police said.

Both victims were rushed to Temple University Hospital.

Police said the shooter was last seen fleeing onto Jasper Street.

The victims' conditions are unknown at the time.
