Two firefighters were injured while battling a house blaze in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

BENSALEM, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two firefighters were injured while battling a house blaze in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

An Action News viewer captured video of the fire, which started around 9:10 a.m. Saturday, on the 1100 block of Tennis Avenue.

Crews arrived to black smoke pouring from the house, officials say.

The fire appears to have started in a second-floor bedroom, which quickly spread to the attic, officials say.

Firefighters were on the scene of a house fire in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Officials say Nottingham Fire Company volunteer Nick Weaver was battling the blaze when he fell from a third-story roof.

He was rushed to Aria-Torresdale Hospital for face, neck and back injuries, and then transferred to Jefferson University Hospital. He is listed in stable condition.

A second volunteer firefighter was also taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital for observation. He is listed in stable condition.

The sole occupant of the home suffered minor burns to both feet. They were treated and released at Aria-Torresdale Hospital.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation, but officials say it does not appear to be suspicious.
