A Long Island home, already damaged by Hurricane Sandy, is now destroyed again.

BABYLON, Long Island (WPVI) -- A Babylon, Long Island home, already damaged by Hurricane Sandy, is now destroyed again.

The temporary stilts it was on gave way, and the whole thing came crashing to the ground.

Moments before the collapse, the house could be seen tilting to the side.

It fell as construction crews tried to push it back into position, and horrified neighbors looked on.

The homeowner claims that slow funding from the state is to blame. But a spokesperson for "New York Rising" says he had already been paid the money meant to help with this part of the repairs.
