Homes, car riddled with bullets after gunfire in Harrowgate

HARROWGATE (WPVI) -- A number of homes and a car were riddled with bullets after gunfire erupted in the Harrowgate section of Philadelphia early Saturday morning.

It happened in the 3500 block of Stouton Street.

Residents there say they woke up and dove for the floor when they heard gunshots and breaking glass.

Police began receiving numerous 911 calls reporting the gunfire, and once on the scene discovered four homes riddled with bullets.

A Nissan car parked in the street was also hit.

So far, there have been no reports of any injuries.

No arrests have been made.
