Animal control officers came to the rescue of a deer in Pittsburgh.

Animal control officers came to the rescue of a deer in Pittsburgh.

The animal got stuck in a metal fence.

One officer covered the deer with a blanket to help calm it down.

Cable cutters weren't strong enough to break through the steel bars.

So they used a tool similar to the Jaws of Life to pry the bars open.

They were able to get the deer out, and it wasted no time running off into the trees.
