The first of two job fairs for veterans held in Delaware

MIDDLETOWN, Del. -- The first of two job fairs for veterans in Delaware was held Monday.

Delaware Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons, along with Representative John Carney, hosted the event.

It was held from 10am to 2pm at the Middletown Memorial Fire Hall on West Green Street in Middletown.

More than 30 employers were there looking to hire area veterans.

A second job fair will be held September 3rd, at Wilmington University's Dover Campus
